This is where we get to know each other! During our initial consultation, we'll chat about your travel dreams, preferences, and budget. Whether you're imagining a romantic escape or an adventure-packed getaway, this call helps us design a trip that’s uniquely you.

Research & Proposal

Next, I dive into the fun part—research! I’ll curate personalized destination options and itineraries tailored to your vision. Once I’ve handpicked the best choices, we'll reconnect and review a detailed proposal, including exclusive deals and must-try experiences, for your review and feedback.

Bookings

Once you’re happy with the plan, I’ll take care of all the bookings. From accommodations to activities and transportation, I handle every detail. You can relax knowing your entire trip is expertly managed, leaving you stress-free and excited for what’s ahead.

Travel

Your bags are packed, and it’s time to go! While you’re off enjoying your dream vacation, I’ll be available for support in case anything comes up. All you have to do is enjoy the adventure—I've got the rest covered.

What to expect during our initial call

We'll use this opportunity to get to know each other to ensure we're a good fit! We'll have some questions up front to ensure we cover all the bases, otherwise we really just want to hear about the getaway you're dreaming of taking. We'll need to know your interests, likes, and dislikes so we can get started on putting together your ideal itinerary.

Should we mutually agree to move forward with your personalized itinerary, the planning fee will be confirmed and finalized during our consultation.

Planning Fees

We charge a planning fee to guarantee that every aspect of your journey is meticulously curated to reflect your unique preferences. This investment encompasses our time, expertise, and ongoing support throughout your trip, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from beginning to end. It’s an investment in turning your dream vacation into a reality.

Fees are as follows:

$99 - Simple planning & single destination trips such as all-inclusives, cruises & Disney
$250 - Group trips, multi-destination & complex itineraries
$500 - Bachelor/Bachelorette trips including accommodations, activities, food and more
$2,500(+) - Destination weddings

If you wish to include airfare in your bookings, an additional planning fees will apply.

Cheeky Retreats specializes in adults-only getaways to Mexico, the Caribbean, Disney destinations, and cruises. Whether you’re looking for a luxurious resort stay or an adventure on the high seas, we ensure your vacation is tailored to your desires. While these are our areas of expertise, we do have the ability to book you anywhere in the world so we encourage you to book a free consultation to discuss what you're looking for. We're always happy to have the conversation and determine if we're the right fit for you. If not, we'll provide recommendations to other trusted agencies that will be able to accommodate your needs.
How do you process my payment for my trip?

We collect your trip payment information via our planning platform, Tern, which utilizes PCI-compliant encryption and security features to protect you and your data. For your security, we only accept credit card payments for booking trips. Credit cards must be in the name of one of the travelers attending the trip. If your trip or planning fees are being covered by somebody else as a gift, they must be present during one of our video calls to confirm as well as sign a payment consent form.
Do I need to purchase insurance for my trip if I book through you?

While travel insurance is not required, it is highly recommended. Travel insurance can protect you in case of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or disruptions to your trip. When booking through Cheeky Retreats, we offer various travel insurance options to give you peace of mind, ensuring you're covered for any unforeseen circumstances before or during your vacation.
